Conveniently located in the Birchgrove area of Cardiff, our clinic sits on the first floor of the Birchgrove Office Suites and is easily accessible by bus, making it simple for clients across the city to reach us. Within the clinic, we offer a range of services including comprehensive ear health checks, professional ear wax removal, and ongoing advice and support tailored to each individual. Our welcoming environment and experienced team ensure that every visit is comfortable, informative, and focused on your hearing health.
Mobile Services
Our mobile services are designed to bring the convenience and quality of our clinic directly to you. We understand that not everyone can easily travel to a clinic, which is why we offer fully equipped mobile appointments in the comfort of your own home or chosen location. We bring all the necessary equipment with us, allowing us to provide the same high standard of care you would receive in our clinic — including ear health checks, wax removal, and personalised advice. Whether you’re at home, in a care facility, or at work, our mobile service ensures you get expert ear care with minimal disruption to your day.
Corporate and Group packages
Ear Care South Wales offers convenient and cost-effective corporate and group ear wax removal services, ideal for businesses, care homes, and community groups. For a fixed fee of £500, our qualified clinicians will travel to a location of your choice and provide ear wax removal appointments over a six-hour period. On average, we can carry out up to four appointments per hour, meaning up to 24 people can be seen in one day. Compared to individual mobile appointments, this service can offer a potential saving of up to £940. We also provide discounted group packages when there are three or more people booked at a single location, making it an excellent option for families or small teams looking for professional ear care in a convenient setting.
